Gypsy Kids has added to its printed cotton range with the most delicious woven and hand-knitted sweaters, cardigans, beanies and vests in a luxurious cotton-blend and hand-knitted mohair-blend. Woven cotton long-sleeved T’s, Polo tops and Sports Hoodies expand the offer, creating a complete look that adds warmth and comfort. All designed in Australia.
To complete the fashion story, Gypsy Kids now offers a beautiful pure linen clothing collection – stylish, classic and comfortable in key fashion colours. Shirts, Pants, Dresses, Kaftan Tops, Bloomers and Hats make up the linen story.
Gypsy Kids has also developed a simple and unique range of bed linen and decorator items. The 100% natural cotton collection features fitted sheets, flat sheet sets and duvet cover sets, complemented with scatter cushions, European pillowcases and decorator flags – creating a clean, smart and stylish look for the nursery. Woven blankets and soft hand-knitted mohair-blend throws have also been introduced to fully enhance the nursery story.
International Licensing Opportunity:
Gypsy Kids Apparel International is now looking for trading partners worldwide to take up Licenses with Gypsy Kids. A License will give you the opportunity to join this exciting fashion brand, commence your own business or perhaps add a new stable of product to your existing one.
Licenses will be issued to those who we believe can successfully undertake a License for a Territory or Country. Gypsy Kids has developed a concept that ensures License fees are incredibly affordable so, from day one, the Gypsy Kids label can be successfully marketed and developed without the burden of a heavy financial outlay.
Licensees will be offered for an initial for period of three years, rolling over for a further three years or time frame negotiated with the Licensee. All Licensees will be expected to enter a binding contract for the minimum initial three year period.
How does a Gypsy Kids Apparel International License Work?:
Once a License has been entered in to for either a territory or country, a License fee is paid and Gypsy Kids Apparel International provides the new trading partner with a full working model of business infrastructure. The License fee is an annual payment. No other fees or charges are required to be paid and the only other outlay will be your purchases of stock to meet your requirements or business level.
On payment of the License fee, the Licensee is then free to commence trading under the Gypsy Kids Apparel International brand, and to market and sell freely within their allotted territory. Gypsy Kids will not impose overzealous constraints on any Licensee.

Gypsy Kids Apparel International provides the following to each of their Licensees:

• Compliance with country clothing and bedding safety standards
• Infrastructure for direct purchasing from our valued Suppliers
• Organisation of all international shipments from Supplier to Port of entry
• Assistance and information on all importation requirements
• Full information on all product lines
• Direct points of contact with key Gypsy Kids personnel
Trading and Licensing Terms:
• Each licensing period is a minimum of three (3) years
• The License fees is paid annually.
• The value of the License fee will be applicable to the individual Country or Territory
• Contracts are required to be formally signed
• All product will be developed by Gypsy Kids Apparel International
• All purchasing will be conducted through Gypsy Kids Apparel International
• Licensees have complete freedom to transact business in their allotted Territory
• All Applicants will be assessed by Gypsy Kids for Licensee suitability
